May 22, 2024Azotic Technologies Envita WG Formulation Hits the Market in 2025
September 3, 2024Azotic Technologies Limited announced today that the Envita® Performance Guarantee will include four new crops in the U.S. and Canada.
Envita is one of the few products available to growers that guarantees a minimum yield increase for several crops. Azotic is pleased to confirm the addition of peas, lentils, alfalfa and potatoes to its growing list of guaranteed crops, in the U.S. and Canada.
Envita contains a unique strain of the systemic nitrogen-fixing biological microbe, Gluconocetobacter diazotrophicus, used worldwide to help farmers supplement their nitrogen program. The bacteria form a symbiotic relationship with plant roots, stems, and leaves, fixing nitrogen inside plant cells and making Envita one of the most flexible and robust N-fixing microbes available in agricultural applications.
Tom Chavez, VP of Commercial, for Azotic, explains, “Envita’s consistent performance over the past few years allows us to extend our Performance Guarantee to these crops. With strong results in the field and the Performance Guarantee, farmers can confidently use Envita.”
Tom Tregunno, Business Development for Azotic, adds, “We understand the adoption of biologicals is new and trust needs to be earned. The Performance Guarantee shares the risk with the grower as they adopt this new technology.”
